The problem we work on
Most of what a business knows is trapped. It lives in scattered emails, CRM records, chat threads, documents, and contracts — unsearchable, unconnected, and forgotten the moment the person who knew it moves on. No human watches login activity, support sentiment, a champion's role change, and a renewal date across six tools at once. The signal is there; nobody can see it.
Graebase exists to change that. It captures that scattered activity into one cross-source memory, links the people, accounts, and topics inside it, and continuously looks for the patterns that matter — churn risk, expansion, stalled deals, operational bottlenecks — so a team can act while it still counts.
How it works
Connect. One admin links the tools — Salesforce, HubSpot, Gmail and Calendar, Slack, Notion, DocuSign, or anything else via API and webhook. No rollout, no behaviour change for the team.
Remember. Every relevant event becomes a memory, linked into a relationship graph that grows richer over time.
Predict. A signal catalog and a deterministic rules engine turn that memory into graded predictions — each one logged with the evidence behind it.
Act. Autonomous playbooks respond when a signal fires, with a human override at every step.
